Ca articleship - termination and transfer under new ca

Please go through my case and please help me:-
I had joined CA articleship in August 2012 and continued till Jan. 2013.
After that, i was unable to attend the office due to medical reasons.
Finally, ICAI has issued me a termination letter in which i am ordered to serve balance period under another CA firm.
Now, what is the procedure for doing GMCS-1 as it is also applicable to my case. I am nowhere a trainee now.
Please tell me whether to join a training or do GMCS-1. In my case, will the new CA consider my previous training?

Yes the new CA will consider ur previous training. And u must register for GMCS by visiting ur regional ICAI website.
