are CA-cpt passed students exempted for CS foundation course...? and is it a good to do CS with CA in terms of career and income potential...?

Yes CA-CPT pass students are exempted from CS Foundation. See below link for details--

And yes in terms of career prospects it is very good to do CS along with CA since it will make you more versatile. Also having dual qualification will give you an edge.

Not much difference as ultimately your professional qualification is the one which will count.
