28 August 2014 I want to know that is there any advantage of joining CA course after completing B.COM.?...I know that after B.com u can directly appear for IPCC. I want to know that what is more beneficial..?..is this true some part of IPCC syllabus is covered in B.COM(hons)..??...

29 August 2014 Yes Subjects like Accounts, Tax, Audit, Law, Costing etc are common in B.Com and IPCC. Advantages of availing Direct Entry after B.Com are--
1) You can devote all time for B.Com preparation for better result.
2) You dont need to appear for CPT. So money is also saved.
3) You are better prepared for IPCC since you already studied these subjects in B.Com

But remember for Direct Entry in IPCC you need to secure minimum 55% marks in B.Com.
