28 January 2011 Dear Sir,
We purchase under CST Act some goods the bill value was - 100000/-, but due to some defective i got a credit note for Rs. - 5000/-. my question is that how much value i use to issue a 'C' form is it for Rs. - 100000/- or Rs. - 950000/-.

you need to issue the C form only for Rs 95000/- 0nly.....(since you are having the Credit Note)
