Dear Sir,
We purchase under CST Act some goods the bill value was - 100000/-, but due to some defective i got a credit note for Rs. - 5000/-. my question is that how much value i use to issue a 'C' form is it for Rs. - 100000/- or Rs. - 950000/-.

You should use RS. 1 lakh in Form C , Assessing authority match the invoice value.

My view, in CST goods return allowed with in 6 months. so he can issue Rs,950000
