what is Funda of C Forms under CST?
when are they required under purchase & Sale of Goods?

C form is required in InterState Transaction . If we purchase from another state than we have requied to issue "C" form to party & if we sale to another state than we have requied to collect "C" form from that party .

I agree with Mr Jayant. To get benefit of concessional rate of taxes, dealers are suppose to issue or receive C forms and to submit it to their respective Commercial tax dept(in case of sale).
