I have been working with an automobile industry. For office use purpose we have purchased a generator from outside of AP (inter state transaction- CST)with 2% CST by our previous manager . Now the generator also delivered and using by us. But the supplier/manufacturer is asking for C form. Is it possible to issue the C Form? Any problems at the time of IT scrutiny.

To procrue goods against Form C, the same goods have been mentioned in the registration certificate.
