I have forgotton to mention OMS purchase in Orignal And Revised Return for april to sept'14, now i want C form For Oms purchase , then please tell any alternative way to get C form

01 January 2015 Dear, Some state have a provision of annual return in addition to vat quarterly return.Thus, you may consider aforesaid purchase in annual return. After that you may claim form 'C'.

Also confirm me your state so I may confirm that aforesaid provision available in your state.
