Can manufacturer purchase safety items against c form just like shoes or safety gogles.?

No purchase of such items are not permitted against C form. The goods allowed to be procured using C form are : goods for resale,material for manufacturing,and processing,machinery for production,mining,packing material,components for telecommunication,and for generation of electricity.....mjk
