01 October 2013 Dear Madams/Sirs,

May I know how to rectify a C Form entered on a wrong date, The invoice was made on July 2012 but entered as August in return hence now I wand to rectify the same. Anyone can tell me please

01 October 2013 You have to file rectification request in the prescribed Form at your local Sales Tax Office. They will cancel your current C-Form, and will issue Corrected Form based on the details provided by you in the Correction Request Form.
