11 November 2011 I have made online Application for C-form and the same has also been received........

But now due to some mistakes I want to cancel the C-form.So what's the procedure for it??????

12 November 2011 The procedure for the cancellation, rectification and issuance of duplicate declarations will remain same as earlier.
