C Form is applicable for Purchase of Raw Materials, traded goods, Packing Materials, Fixed Assets.
After Purchae the Material, u have to fill up the details in the department's web site.
Once, the Officer checked he will approve your requisition, then u may download from the web site.
u not mentioned u are from whcih state, depends upon the state, procedure are different.
