Sir,
we have manufactured a plant, for this we have purchase tmt from interstate party, Sir, i want to know we can purchase steel from that party agst. c form (agst. cst rate 2%) is this possible.

Yes you can purchase anything from other state, the only thing is that you wil not get Setoff of CST on that amount.

purchase by C Form form other state is fruitful because CST can not avail as input tax credit so its better to buy with less tax
otherwise CST 5% or local tax 5%,15% will be applicable
