20 May 2015 It can be issued if your scrap item are mentioned in your CST registration cerificate and such scrap is used by your firm for re-sale, to be used in manufacturing of goods to be sold or purchased for the puproses as given in sections

20 May 2015 c form is given at the time of purchase dear... and that item is ur raw material then u can give C form...
