We are an Engineering Industry.Please let me know whether C Form can be issued in case of scrap sales.

It can be issued if your scrap item are mentioned in your CST registration cerificate and such scrap is used by your firm for re-sale, to be used in manufacturing of goods to be sold or purchased for the puproses as given in sections

c form is given at the time of purchase dear... and that item is ur raw material then u can give C form...
