14 April 2014 Dear Sir's
I have received C form for the year 2012-13, but this c form issued to supplier in year 2009-10. Now my query is this C form valid for the 2012-13 or not

14 April 2014 As per the existing rules,C forms required for purchases made in each quarter of a year(starting from Jan-Mar)should be obtained within the next quarter and submitted to the vat office.However,regarding some old cases belated filing of 'C' forms are also accepted.Try it with your vat office.If they do not accept,your buyer has to pay the difference of tax with penalty and interest.......mjk
