seller has sold goods interstate of Rs 100000 but he has received C FORM of Rs 90000 only....Now as VAT Auditor what is to be done from my side and how it is to be presented in Form 704 ?

charge 2 % CST on Invoice amount up to 90000 and for balance charge VAT as per the law
