Pls tell me the validity of 'C' form and how many value putted into the one 'C' form ?

These forms are issued on quarterly basis. When you ask Sales Tax Department to issue Form C for a period, the Department asks you to submit details of utilization of previously issued Form C. So, virtually, you have to utilize all the Form C before demanding fresh Forms from Department.
Moreover, if you do not issue Form C for a Quarter to your supplier, he will send you Debit Note.
