16 May 2013 we are in trading business of Fabric. we purchased goods on 22 Dec 2012 against c form, now we returned the said goods on dt. 16 May 2013. we want to know can we issue C form in this case.

16 May 2013 Form C not applied on sale return. but mentioned on sale bill (rejected goods return to party purchase vide inv xxx Dated 22.12.12.) sales invoice to be issue for return of material.
