i know that only single c form issue for one qtr but wht happen if i will issue 'c' form for each bill in same qtr

We cant issue C-Form for each and every bill. It has to be issued for all the consolidated bills to a party in respective quarter. Even if you apply for C-Form for each bill, the application will be rejected.
