in case of sale/purchase of goods in course of inter state trade

C form is only for interstate purchase, provided such interstate purchase goods should be listed/endorsed in the CST Form B certificate. By issuing c form the buyer is benefited by concessional rate of 2% irrespective of the rate prevails in the sellers state.
