if assessee incurred business loss (normal business loss)in AY 2013-14, will the said loss is set off ONLY AGAINST BUSINESS INCOME of next AY 2014-15. Can it not be set off against house property income of AY 2014-15??

No.It can be set off against business income only and no other income
