What is the difference between business promotion expense & entertainment expense for the purpose of ITR 4?

Business promotion is alike advertisement, like the company distribute silver/gold coins on the occasion of say Diwali festival.
And entertainment means entertainment of clients like booking rooms in hotels, lounge, arranging diner, lunch and like that.
