19 April 2013 can a Practising Chartered Accountant appoint as a Business Leader in any Inusurance company like hdfc standard life insurance corporation limited.

19 April 2013 a ca in practice is deemed to be guilty of professional misconduct if he engages himself in any BUSINESS/OCCUPATION other than profession of CA unless permitted by council so to engage(clause 11, part 1, schedule 1)

only if the executive committee of icai gives specific permission.(regulation 190A)


and also after many other work related to impalement etc wont be allowed for practicing ca.
