06 November 2014 Hi,

I want to start providing IT services from home only. I want to know if i can register my company at home address. if yes, what are the formalities ? Can i get service tax, TIN, TAN, etc.

Please guide, its urgent.

06 November 2014 Yes. You can very well do your business from home..... (Subject to however, the society where you are having home has no objection so to do...or may be LANDLORD of the home has no objection so to do)
