Business entity means, the persons who carry business in the nature of Trade, Commerce/ Industrial Undertaking. Let it be individuals, firms, company, AOP, BOI.

Body corporate means- companies incorporated outside India/ In India under a law prevailig in that country.
I.e, Apple Inc, . IHI Corporation etc.
