Can my Intra Day Profit from Share trading can be settled by my by Business Loss.
Please also tell me If there is any relevant case law regarding above query

Yes it can be set off. Pl Refer Section 72 and 73 for the same.

However, loss in Intra-day Share Trading can not be set off against your normal business
