A MULTI STATE CO-OPERATIVE BANK HAS BUILDING FUND IN ITS BOOKS, WHETHER ANY AUTHORITIES PERMISSION IS NEEDED FOR ITS UTILIZATION FOR ANY PURPOSE INCLUDING UTILIZATION FOR CONSTRUCTION/PURCHASE OF BUILDING?
