please tell me what is the Service tax liability of builder in the case of flats given to land owner for the value of his land.

26 November 2014 you have to take value of flat and on that value you have to pay service tax.
or mostly people make a agreement that service tax payable the land owner for his flat when he sold the flat.
but service tax liability ultimately of the builder. builder can make the cost sheet and pay the service tax on that value.
