What is the difference of listing in both bse and nse?

18 November 2014 BSE is a very OLD exchange. NSE is the recent one. SEBI also makes it compulsory to get the share listed at least on 2 stock exchanges.
In order to have a wide range liquidity for the share holders, this provision is embedded.
