HI . when will the results of online CPT october 2009 come? there is no information in website of ICAI is given regarding this.

Serv. Tax on Outward Freight.

dear sir

we send our materials to our customer on "Freight Paid" basis. We bear & pay freight.
Should we pay service tax on this ?

My client has two house properties, one is self occupied, the other is vacant.
How do we find the rental value of the property when there is no standard rent or municipal valuation?
In case we ask the property delaer, will the ITO accept the valuation or will we have to take a letter n wrting in this regard form the dealer?

Online Registration

One of our client is already registered with Service Tax Authority. Now we want to amend our RC. But department says first registered yourself online then take the copy along with documents. What is the procesure for doing all this. Thanks in advance

if private limited company paying transport / freight to transporter , same amount is more than 10 lacs in year. is it applicable to pay service tax on trasport service.
