while filing form I am not getting signature and photo, hence I required to send exam form to specified address. I am not getting any option to upload certificate of service. Do I need to send certificate of service along with exam form to icai. Please advise.

1. what will happen to sales tax forms ( like FORM-C, FORM 16, FORM F, FORM 8, FORM- 11) when GST will apply ?
will they be abandended or continue. if abondanod , will there be new forms .
2. what will be rate of gst on services?

A LAND WAS PURCHASED IN 1992 FOR RS. 12000/- & SOLD IN APRIL 2014 FOR RS. 1500000/- WHAT WILL BE THE CAPITAL GAIN ON SALE OF LAND. INCOME FROM FIXED DEPOSIT IS RS. 85000/- . WHAT WILL BE THE TAXABLE INCOME AND HOW MUCH INCOME TAX TO BE PAID IN THE YEAR 20014-15.

I was awarded compensation of Rs. 13,00,000/-lakhs with interest @ 6% pa. Insurance Company challenged the said award and the compensation was upheld by the High Court. Rs. 13,00,000/- plus interest of about Rs.6 lakhs was deposited by the insurance Company in November,2016. However, Insurance Company has effected TDS of about Rs.1,50,000/- out of Rs.6 lakhs interest component. Is the Insurance Company justified in making this deduction?

1. If i give ca final exam group 1 in may-2017 and give group 2 in nov- 2017 then weekly test is applicable to me before exam.

2. is test applicable only one time or before every exam ?
