I am started my articleship as on 23rd january 2007. on 13th jualy 2008 i had take transfer & join another firm. old employer give me 75 excess leaves. in new firm i am not taking any leave up to 18th april 2009 plz help me about is my articleship still complete on 23rd january 2010 or it extent by 75 days

My company is real Estate developers -recently it had undertaken the construction process of its own project.My question is whether As-7is applicable for us? if yes- then how to be reported -whether the flats already booked will be taken into consideration-another point is whether we are liable to deduct Pf and ESI from the contractors working under us if not having the registration numbers

How should a good salary package be formulated so that it attracts the least amount of income tax? Say for a package of 10 lakhs. The package has to be a mix of reimbursements and other perks and exempt incomes so that neither the employer nor the employee are much affected by the tax payout.

As per latest Notification No.31/2009 dated 25/03/2009 issued by CBDT, it is mandatory to pay TDS / TCS by online.
However as per Maharashtra Co-Operative societies Act, 1960, Any Co-Operative Societies are not permitted to operate Bank other than District Bank or Maharashtra State Co-Op. Bank Ltd.
My Query is :
(1) These Banks are not having such online payment Facility.
How Co-Operative Sector Pay Taxes.?
(2) Whether CA’s are permitted to open their own A/c in Bank and collect TDS amount
from client and Pay Tax by online on behalf of such Co-Operative Society?
