Excel - Capital letters to small letters and vice versa

Is there any command in MS Excel to convert capital letters to small letters and vice versa that are there in a sentence?

creating stock a/c in tally

I want to know how to create closing stock a/c in tally.

I tried creating closing stock ledger under the group stock-in-hand and entered the opening stock value and entered the closing stock value, but closing stock did not appear either in p& l a/c or in the b/s .

please give your suggestions

Accounting softwares

In the market hundreds of financial accounting softwares are available. Most of them are not technically developed.

In india any govt. rules or regulation to control / certify these softwares as per std norms and rules set by the govt.

Alterations in PDF file.

Can contents in PDF files altered like we do in Word documents.

I tried 'Save us' and saved as word document. But the alignment was very poor that i had to do lot of work before i make changes in the content.

Is there any way out?

MSDN Library required?

I installed VB ising one of my friends CD.

But when i work on it, i am not able to make use of many features and i get a message box, MSDN not installed.

Can i download MSDN free of cost?
