If i get more than 60% marks in one subject than how much minimum marks required in other subject to get exemption.

i completed my Final Group-1 and i want to convert to new syllabus
so i am exempted Group-1 under New syllabus

I registered under CA-Final (old syllabus) and i completed my Group-1 now i want to convert to New Syllabus so that i want to write my Group-2 under new syllabus... .....
i registered for my Articleship in 2011 so GMCS-1 is not applicable to me (i completed ITT & Orientation Course before i joined my Articles itself) .............
Now i required to do Advanced ICITSS before appearing in Final Exams or it is ok if i complete it before applying to Membership ..

I want to transfer my article ship and reason for this is i transfer to surat from ahmedabad with my famiely.
here problem arise that i am married and having two child and earning source for me is only article ship stipend and my wife doing personal tutuion at home. we live in ahmedabad but in surat my wifes brother support us for earning.
I read all reasons for article ship transfer but i can not understand the reason which is suit to my reason.
I registered under direct entry and completed my article ship for 21 month till nov 2017.
In this period i attemp nov 2017 exam but unfortunately my result was failed (my total marks for first group is 166)
so please give me solution for this problem that how i apply for articleship transfer and what reason is perfect to take permission for transfer articleship. please also inform about required document for reason for change articleship.

I am going to appear in C A Final exams in May 2018 after a very long time more than 20 years when there were no GMCS or Advanced IT course. Is it necessary to pass these tests before appearing in C A Final exam in my case and if necessary can I pass these tests after passing C A Final exams! Can anyone please help me on this! I have registered for ipcc direct entry route.....for that i have created mail ID.............@icai.org but not any confirmation mail is received, its being more than 96 hours.What should I do because of that i am not able to access my account and cannot register for ITT classes.
