I have some queries,

I have given my graduation final year exams (B.com with computer application). previously in 1st year i secured 71% and in 2nd year 76%. My results of final year will be out in June 2014.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR IPCC DIRECT ENTRY SCHEME ?

Since there are two months more left for my results to be out, can i register for IPCC through provisional registration of direct entry IPCC.

CAN I APPLY FOR PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION ?

If this is possible then , After the results are out; how to submit the proof that i have completed my graduation.

HOW TO CONFORM THE PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION ?

Dear Seniors,
I have bought Law(CA Final) study material & practice manual which is applicable for Nov'14. But, when I go through it, there were references given of Companies Act,1956 through the entire pages.There are references of Sections of Companies Act,2013 & that of Companies Act,1956 in the initial pages of the book.
I want to ask what sections should we mention in answer sheet ? Which reference of section should we give ? Either of Companies Act,2013 or of Companies Act,1956 ?
How to proceed while studying syllabus of Law with reference to the provisions made under sections?

Previously I had also gone through annoucement made by ICAI in this regard,but,still want to get clarity in this regard...

sir/madam.. I have cleared my IPCC group I.. & I have commenced my articleship since 5th of Feb..& sent the forms in the last week of Feb along with DD & other required documents.. it has been more than a more month now..yet I cannot see my online articleship status as registered.. what do I need to do now?

plz guide me hw to prepare for ipcc group - 2 within 1 and half month.
coz due to colg exams , project and assignment and articleship i was not yet prepare for it.

My Articleship training started on 12/08/2012 under a CA who is practicing in some other city but not my native place.
I was their to attend the coaching sessions for CA-FINAL. Since the Coaching is complete now. I want to take a transfer under a CA, in my own city as it won't be feasible enough to travel daily to a place 75Kms(approx.) away from my native place.

On what basis can I take the transfer?
My Principal is ready to give the transfer. Please help me out with this problem.

I have completed 9 months of articleship and will be appearing for ipcc may-14.
I wanted to know if i can discontinue articleship to help in my father's business for 1-1.5 years, as the ICAI does not allow us to do business or pursue any other qualification.
Can I discontinue articleship after exams and then resume later?
Please help.

I accidently sent 3 copies of form 103 to institue.when i asked the institute to sent the other 2 copies back.,they said they won't sent it back. so what should i do now?
