Am in my first year of article ship, i want to take a transfer. Please can some tell me the whole transfer procedure like which form should i fill. within how many days i have to submit the form? and i already got new firm so again which form should i fill for article ship and time limit?

The assessee has filed the TDS return in time. After 1 month of filing the TDS return he comes to know that he has forgotten to cut the TDS on interest on Loans taken. Can he cut the TDS and revise the return? What are the penalties if he can revise the said return?

If we get exemption in 2 subjects in same group and if we get less then 40 in 1 subject then can we use exemption in 2 pprs and give exam for only other 2 pprs?

Respected members, I am planning to give both groups of ca final in nov 2014. I have completed all my classes and planning to prepare theory subjects self like law, audit isca. Books of law & audit are not available in market. Will I be able to prepare? i have taken classes earlier and problem is that I am not able to recall subjects like SFM & Costing? Is 4 months sufficient to prepare for both groups?
