It is possible to join December 2014 exam for CPT by joining now in ICAI .

Please suggest books for CA IPPC and CS executive. Some subjects are same in both the exams so can i refer only one book for the same subjects in both courses.? i was planning to buy scanner for cs executive so can cs executive scanner be referred for the same subjects in ipcc?

Dear Experts,

My client son is currently taking home tutions & want to start his own coaching classes in the name of lets say ABC Tutorials. He want to issue receipts, have PANNo & open bank account in the name of ABC tutorials. I suggested him to start ABC Tutorials in his individual capacity & not in the form of Pvt Ltd. Does he need to register ABC Tutorials anywhere so that he can appy or PAN no & other tings?

I got terminated from my previous employer w.e.f 09-07-2014. Because of some health reasons am unable to join at new employer till 26-07-2014. Can i put 26-07-2014 as articles re-starting date in the new form or should i as my new employer for a back date 10-07-2014 for registration purpose to hide the time gap in between?
