I want to apply for IPCC through direct entry scheme. As per the requirements they asked for 55% with commerce streame and i have 54.52% in my graduation. Now, I am confused whether i am eligible or not. Please do needful.

I have re-registered (re-validated) my registration again last month -October '20 through ICAI SSP portal to appear for examination May 21 onwards.
Would I be directly eligible to appear in New course or need to apply for conversion?

But not invested i 1lakh n CAGS by 30th September 2020 .
However on the contrary invested in an under construction property - 1 lakh ( entire capital gain utlised) on 20th November 2020 before filing IT Return(Date of filing Return extended to 30th Nov)
Please help understanding tax implications in this case
