I registered into CA IPCC on 30/7/2012 and in case if I will be appearing for may 2016 attempt do I need to revalidate IPCC registration before filling exam form. (I haven't skipped any attempt and gave both groups every time) Please help..

I have finished my articles in Aug 15 and sent 108 to ICAI office by sept 15. But I have not received any confirmation letter yet. I have tried the ICAI reprint option too which was a failure. Can you guide me in this regard.I also want to can a student able see his details in ICAI database life his status in ICAI records.

Situation: Company A wants to file PAS-3 for allotment of Class A, Class B & Class C equity shares. Allotment date is same for all classes i.e 29/12/2015. Face value is Rs. 10/- each

Class A : 10000 shares
Allottees: Mr. A (5000 shares), Mr. B (250 shares) & Mr. C (4750 Shares)

Class B: 10000 shares
Allottees: Mr. A (5000 shares), Mr. B (1000 shares) & Mr. C (1000 Shares)

Class C: 10000 shares
Allottees: Mr. A (1000 shares), Mr. B (4000 shares) & Mr. C (5000 Shares)

Question:

1. Whether for all the class single PAS-3 can be filed. Allotment is done on same day for all classes
2. if i file single PAS-3 for say class A shares, will that amount to violation of private placement rule which says that allotment can't be done for less than Rs. 20,000/- per person whereas in class A allotment to Mr. B will be less than Rs. 20,000 /- (Allotment to Mr. B= 250*10 =Rs. 2500)
3. whether single private placement offer letter can be issued for all three classes of shares.

I m a ca final student interested in finance was searching for courses to do after ca in oder to gain specalization , following r some courses which i found which 1 is the best among them please guide :
CFA, CMA, CIMA, CPA, CWA.
I m also interested in gaining knowledge of information systems , courses r as under :
DISA, CISA, CISM, COBIT 5 , & COSO & ISO also provide some courses
pls guide, & which 1 is d best among them.
My next & very imp Q is , is that imp to get any other degree after CA ,means is being a CA in itself not enough or sufficient ????
I was going through the profiles of AIR`s i found Dimpy Jindal has completed CFA & pursuing MBA frm Wharton USA, & Sanjhi Agarwal has done MBA from some Chicago university .
They r both AIR 1 of Nov `10 attempt.
reason behind sharing this is , a Q arises in my mind that yes i can understand in todays competitive world to get an edge over others we ought to have some additional qualification, but is it neccessary to pursue it from abroad ??????? Is that similar thing not available in India ????
Both of them pursued MBA another Q is CA not enough , IS MBA from abroad something more then CA in India ???
& If u have some better courses to tell in India or frm distance learning frm abroad pls guide .
