how a person has to take registration under vat and service tax for catering services

I have only a month to complete my first year of artilceship unfortunately , because of my personal pblms i am not in a position to join GMCS 1 immediately, can i do gmcs 1 even after my first year of articleship ? what if am not completed my gmcs 1 within 12 months of my articles?

sir i'm preparing practice manual for theory subjects...
my first question is how to underline the key words while i'm studying that PM.....
and next how to revise that whole syllabus of theory subjects just one day before the exams by using such key words...........
how to remember all those side headings is it just by reading or forming any code words.........
though they seem little bit silly questions .i don't know how to prepare for theory subjects............

I am going to attend my CA FINAL exam after 2 and half years of gap. the last two terms I gave was 2.5 years back and couldn't clear the exam. so I don't remember my roll number. now for registration for exam online I have to put roll number of my last two exam. what shall I put over there. I can't proceed further without putting roll number. please help, can I put bogus number or what can I do
