As per the rules, student cannot give CA final exam without obtaining the certificate of completion of articleship.

Problem -
if at the time of completion of articleship if employer/CA takes in WRITING from article that "THE CA WILL SIGN ON THE FORM 108 ONLY IF HE PROMISES TO COME AFTER THE EXAM FOR 3 MONTHS"

WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCES IF ARTICLE DOES NOT GO TO OFFICE AFTER EXAM ASSUMED HE HAS SIGNED ON SUCH DHAMKI LETTER JUST TO AVOID DELAY IN HIS ATTEMPT"?????

CAN THE CA CHALLENGE HIM IN COURT/ ICAI ON BASIS OF THIS PROMISE OR THIS PROMISE IS A CONTRACT INVALID IN LAW AS IT IS OUT OF SCOPE OF TRAINING GUIDE OF ICAI?

my client is company assessee and it has deducted tds under 194c of various parties for whole P.Y 2009-10 but not deposited to government till march 2010. if my client deposit tds deducted before filing of IT return then my client can get deduction of all such expenses.

Can anyone tell me how to self study auditing paper and LAW of PCC. I also need latest notes for both aduiting and law chapter wise so that i can clearly understand.My exams are in Nov 2010

I INTEND TO DO LAW & WILL ALSO TAKE PERMISSION IN FORM NO 112 FOR DOING LAW ALONG WITH MY ARTICLESHIP.THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE COLLEGE TIMING OF THE LAW (MORNING 7.00 AM TO 11.30 AM) CLASH WITH MY ARTICLESHIP TRAINING TIMING (10.30 AM TO 6.30 PM)ANY WAY OUT?AS IN FORM NO 112 THE SIGNATURE OF THE COLLEGE PRINCIPAL IS ALSO REQUIRED & CA INSTITUTE WILL NOT GIVE PERMISSION.

I had paid the CA Final fees USD 400 to appear from UAE centre as I am working in Kuwait, but unfortunaely my residecy in Kuwait was not renewd due to some regulation in the ministry here. I could not travel out of Kuwait hence, could not attend the exams. Can I get carryforwad of fees or any relaxation

for CPT EXAM minimum % is 50.or its change this time to minimum 60% from june attempt 2010 year.

I work for firm X, but i am registered with firm Y which is dummy firm of firm X.

Now my principal has resigned from firm Y and joined firm X does it mean that i am automatically transefered to firm X or should i register under some other partner in old firm.

wat if my principal met a death due to accident... wat about my articleship
