REFERENCE BOOKS FOR ICWAI FINAL 2008 SYLLABUS

Hello sir

Which reference books along with study notes should we refer for ICWA FINAL 2008 Syllabus FOR group III and Group IV.

Are reference books are really needed in each subjects or study notes will do?

HI !!!!
Everyone,
Can anyone provide me details of teachers for ca final charging nominal fees. actually, Praveen sharma, VG sir, Sanjay Aggarwal, etc. are not affordable to me.
Do u knw any such teacher who provide gud knowledge wid least fee structure.
