we are providing repairing/ job work services to our clients and we raise the bill as labour charges...whether we are liable to pay service tax...if yes then in which service code it is going to fall...how we can classify the services...

further we are having HUF can we apply for service tax number for HUF..is there any complication for applying the same...

i want to do my articleship 4m big 4.. my ipcc will be due on may 2012...what is the procedure for selection in big 4...

sir Iam in Ca final. I have passed Frist Group Under Pe2 & After may 2010 when Pe2 is Phased out I converted My Self in to Ipcc (Also Start Artical Ship) & cleared 2 group . I have Completed 6 month artical ship . Under pe -2 final Attempt is After 2 year Of Artical ship (i.e. Last 12 Monthe Of Artical Ship). Under ipcc final Attempt is After 2.5 year Of Artical ship (i.e. Last 6 Monthe Of Artical Ship ). Which Rule Apply To Me. I was Initially Ragistare For pe-2 & Latter Converted To IPPC

I am a student of CS executive and have cleared Module 2 in june 10 and appearing for Module 1 in December'11. However I failed to submit CC papers/response sheet. Can i submit these papers now? what is the implication of this. pls reply

My last appearance in CA Final was in May 2010 under the old syllabus. I could not appear after that under the new syllabus. Can any please let me know the formalities to appear under the new syllabus? I am planning appear for the May 2012 attempt.

My principal have filed my form 108, as my articleship got over on 09.07.2011. But i got a letter from ICAI saying that i have taken excess leave of 15 days which i should compensate by working for that period. When we checked the records it seems the person who filled the form 108 made mistake in filling the no. of days leave taken. Instead of actual 175 days of leave that person has filledup 195 days as leave taken.

Now my ques is, can i file revised form 108 ? or

Should i file form 107 ? Plese also give in the details for filling form 107 as i could not exactly what to fill where? Should i have to take another deed?

HI,CACLUB India members, I Have cleared my b.com this year from Punjab University.Now I want to do CA.I have registered myself for appearing in cpt in dec. 2011.But i have heard that Cpt is going to Exempt for b.com cleared student with above than 55% marks.Dear members I have Scored 65.44% in aggregate in B.com.I want to get advice to know that is the CPT really going to exempt?If yes,Than When the notificatoin for this will be come.

I will be appearing for IPCC in Nov 2012. Is there any chance that the syllabus will be changed for Nov 2012 ? If yes, when should I register for IPCC and when should I commence my studies ?
