I got a mail from ICAI requesting to comform for November batch.... Now I should reply to the mail or call institute for confirmation....
As there is no specification regarding confirming my acceptance...

SIR MAYBE THIS IS A DUMB QUESTION TO ASK.BUT I WILL ASK.

ICAI HAVE ISSUED SUPPLEMENTARY STUDY PAPER FOR 2010 (TAXATION) WHICH ARE APPLICABLE FOR NOV 2011 EXAMS.
IN THAT SECTIONS GIVEN UNDER EACH CHAPTER WILL COME OR WHOLE CHAPTER GIVEN IN STUDY MATERIAL WILL COME. AS I AM DOING REVISION SO PLEASE TELL A.S.A.P.

Is Industrial trainning is must. how to apply for it & it should be informed 3 Month before to Employer.

I have got the Article termination date as 28.10.2011(date of joining pcc 28.04.2008) signed by my principal on exam form with the the actual fact that there are 3 months excess leaves.
Now can my principal deny signing termination if i refuse to serve the three months ? if yes then what are the options/permutation/combinations available ?

i Cleared IPCC & filled the articleship form on 8th sept 2011 bt i wrote articleship duration as 3.5 years
in actual articleship duration for IPCC student is 3 years
so what i want to do?????????

I had a doubt with regard to issuance of debit notes to the vendors in case of lorry freight paid at unloading point on purchase of Raw materials.
In our company accountant is saying he need a confirmation letter from vendor for debiting his account in case of unloading charges paid on behalf of the vendor at factory. The unloading charges will amount to say Rs.1000-1500. where as the purchased amt of raw material amounts Rs.1 crore.
Is it the argument of accountant is tenable.

i completed my CA INTER...now working as an article for 2 months in raniganj....in a firm which providing me holidays only for exams....but till i'm not bind by the firm to work there as i still not signed the Stamp papers...
