Dear CAClub Members, I have taken transfer from articleship on 16th july 2016,But due some reasons i was not able to submit form 109 within 30 days.Now i am very much worried that exactly what should i do to get it accepted,so please help me in this by anserwing the following questions:
1.Do I have to pay certain condonation fee and write a condonation letter in this respect ?
2.If I have to write a condonation letter what resons should I state in my letter so that it will be accepted ?
And,
3.If any other action is required to be taken please let me know ?

I joined articleship in January but now the timing of my post graduation classes are from 10am to 1pm nd as per icai rules I cannot start my articleship after 11 am..So I would like to withdraw from my articleship and rejoin after some time.
Please tell me the procedure to do so.

I am an IPCC studentt who registered for IPCC in august 2011 and which needed to be revalidated last year . But, I was unaware of such a fact and hence I submitted my IPCC Group 2 exam form with August 2011 as registration date and till date have not revalidated my registration. In such a case I would like to know wheather I am to make DD of Rs. 400 only as prescribed in the notification or am I supposed to pay Extra amount over and above Rs.400 ? And is this form to be sent to the respective centre by speed post or the documents need to be hand delivered??

Dear Sir,
I have applied for reverification of my ca final answer scripts for both groups and now i have filled the form for 2nd group only what if my 2nd group marks are revised and i cleared 2nd group. As last date for filling of forms is 2nd September including late fees. Kindly suggest me the course of action.

As i am pursuing CA course now under going articleship till entering to articles i am studied two years of degree in regular mode in nannaya university as this university does not provides distance education so i want advise from you how to convert from regular to distance without any problem to my two years completed degree and to undergo my articleship

Dear members,
i have a doubt relating to article ship transfer that if the principal has given the transfer to his student then he should inform to the institute? for deletion of that student under his article students list.
and my principle doubt is if the transfer has been taken but the form 109 is not sent to the ICAI what i should do? and now my principle has to inform to the ICAI/ or not? kindly give suggestion relating to this

If we have left our article-ship and now again i want to continue my article then can i start??
The period which i served my previous principle will that be counted or not??
Please suggest....

sir I am in CA final I have completed my B com at that time I have submitted form 112 afterwards I done M com (external) but I have not submit form 112 considering this form will be submitted only once but one of my friend tell me that form 112 should be submitted at the time of doing M com also. now what can I do?
