how can someone crack their ca finals if he wants to start studying from very 1st day of articleship? 3 years of period for studying ca finals what subjects should be prepared first n how ??

Suppose A Co. has Profit before Tax-Rs.750000/- & Brought forward losses of Rs.2308323 & Unabsorbed depreciation of Rs4004339.
As per my calculation Co is liable to pay tax as per MAT Rs.142913/- (750000*18.5%+3%)
My question is whether company should make provision for tax Rs.142913 & Mat credit with the same amount?
(i.e. How to show in P/L and Balance Sheet)

Please help me clear some confusion about from 109 and its late submission.
I got form 109 signed on 29-Sept-2016 with date of termination 15-Aug-2016, so i do need to pay Rs. 100 fine ?
As from the date of sign i still have 30 days.
Along with fine (if payable) if any other formalities are required, please mention.
