1. whether to maintain receipt book for filling return?
2. Can he file return u/s 44AD?
3. What are the documents to be kept for the tution centre for the purpose of income tax?

i joined industrial training on 15-03-2016 ( joined artilces on 14-03-2014) i submmited my termination form and joining form in industrail training in icai chennai. but now the issue is i took termination in first year of articles and joined in some other audit firm with a gap of 6days. this 6days i am not taken into consideration while joinging in idustrial training unknowingly
