Dear Sir,
I have just attempted IPCC Group 1 Exams November 2012.
My exams are very well attempted.
But the Taxation exam is not so good.
i have attempted all the questions, but there are some mistakes in questions.
I want to ask
is there system of step marking in the exams or the correct answer of the question is compulsory?
And if i get marks less then 40 than will i get failed from Group 1 in case i get passed from other 3 exams?

If a situation arise in which a student has 3 exemptions in a group,but he has failed in any one subject,then is he able to claim all 3 exemptions?

IF A MEMBER SECONDED HIS ARTICLE TO ANY OTHER CA THEN WILL HIS SEAT WHICH WAS OCCUPIED BY THE SECONDED ARTICLE BE VACANT?

i am eligible to appear in exam of both group of ipcc....
i gave the exam for 1st group but due to no preparation i dont want to give exam for 2nd group...
will this action effect the result for group 1st??? or is there any other effect?

I have a final attempt in may 14 ...Is there any provision through which I can appear in nov 13 ..I have cleared my ipcc in feb 12.
