I have to prepare Balance sheet and Profit and Loss for Interiors Design Company. i have some doubt plz clarify me

1. May i prepare horizontal balancesheet or vertical balance sheet compulsory ?

2. Above said company turnover is less than 20 lakhs , notes are required or not?

I am trying to register with Income tax india Website. I have E Mudra Class 2 Digital signature.

While registering in the USER ID it is shown that "" To be e-mailed to you after successful submission of form.""

But on uploading the digital signature certificate I have downloaded DSC utility In the Register / Reset Password using DSC option E filing USER ID is mandatory and I am not bale to generate signature file without USER ID.

but USER ID available only after submission of form and DSC is mandatory for submission.

How I can resolve this issue. ?

I have redrafted the objects as follows : 1. To Invest and/or Trade in Primary and Secondary Markets, Money Market and Derivative Instruments; Mutual Funds, Exchange Traded Funds,
Fixed Deposits and other Financial Instruments.
2. To Provide and/or Perform Financial Planning & Advise, Investment Consulting, and Wealth Management Services.
3. To Undertake Private Equity Investments and/or Provide Management Consulting, and/or Corporate Support Infrastructure and Services.

Hello I am CA final student. I want to write book for CA final law subject , can I write book without CA institute permission or I need to get permissions because institute has copyrighted its work and books as per copyright law. The book basically contains practice manual type of question but presentation of answer and style of writing is as per suggested by me. Because I am using practice manual question is I need to ask to ca institute for their permission for writing book ? If anyone know please tell the procedure for how to ask institute for writing and giving permission to me for writing book

is there any mistake in nov 16 fr exam. paper regarding to problem given from chapter valuation if yes the. any grace marks from institute be awarded kindly let me know

I have given this November group 1 exam final except accounting no paper went good even iam sure I will not even get exemption in accounting paper. I know my law paper also be not well this attempt is my 12th attempt but still not able to clear even 1 group. and there is circumstances that I will be not appear may 2017 term.
