My article ship will be completed on Dec 20 2016.but our sir is not interested to sign on completion form.he want to put 300 leaves on 108 form.so what should I do.if he put 300 leaves.can I join in other firm for balance 150 days.

Sir, I had reserved seat for ITT 14th dec batch but due to some reasons Iam unable to attend ITT and I have not submited my DD also..... And I had received a call saying that I can't apply for ITT for the next 2 years as I had neither cancelled registration nor submitted DD,,,,

What to do now sir, Is there any way to cancel my registration now.???

I have registered for articeship in july 2015 any did not registered for final course so when i can give my attempt of ca final . Is that As per new course i.e after completion of 3 years of articleship or whether After completion of 2.5 yrs.

Hello all experts...one of my friend had asked icai for transfer in my 2nd year of articleship period after getting consent letter signed from his ca. now after getting the approval from icai his ca is denying him to take transfer and sign form 109. he is asking my friend to take leaves for his medical treatment and serve extension later. but he don't want to to do that, he want to serve his articleship period nearby his home so that he don't have to serve any extension or delay his final attempt. i dont have any idea, can anyone suggest me something good please.
