Is there any rule that u hve to serve the period of extension from the same principal
and if no then plz provide me with the regulation no. or something proof regarding it

and what if my principal is not ready to sign Form 108 due to problem of serving extension from other Firm

Its Urgent !!!!

My articleship commenced on the 13th of December 2011 and has been registered with the Institute in mumbai. However, i wish to apply for transfer of articleship now. I visited the ICAI website for the same.
Can i apply for transfer before 13 th December 2012 or after 13th December 2011?
Is the procedure smooth? Will the institute grant me a transfer?

I have completed my CA Inter and I have completed my articleship and still couldnot clear my Final exam. I want to do some job. Which field will be better for me and if there is reference pls do reply.........

Based on past experience can you inform me whether IND AS and Revised Schedule VI can be made applicable in Nov 2012 attempt?

ICAI has announced that they are not applicable in May 2012 but is silent about Nov 2012.

Sir now i am doing 3year Bcom. I want to persue CA i will be writing CPT this june. But my family, friends, relatives are saying that it is impossible to pass CA for you. it is difficult and advising me to do another course. I am a average student. Sir please i am in very depressed. please advice me. can i go with CA or any other course.

My no. of absent days are 406
and i have made following deduction from my leaves
213 days -1/6th of 3.5 yrs.
30 days(approx)- for IIT
75 Days (approx)- 5 attempts of PCC

So kindly inform me whether this working is correct.

My boss is not willing to give any compensation for late night extra working and Sunday too. so can i force my boss to compensate for that period.

i have registred artcleshipvia regn no MM08993 as per ICAI rule and passed one group of intermediate in some years ago.unfortunately i have misplaced the marklist which i have received for thids group.Is it possible to get any information for proving the passout for this group with my reg.number .Pls advise.
